A data-intelligence platform for São Luís. From registered household data such as income per capita, living conditions and other indicators, the system computes and reports each neighbourhood level of deprivation and risk.

The problem

Raw social data decides nothing. A spreadsheet with thousands of households does not answer the question that matters to whoever has to act: where is it worst, and why.

The solution

Turn per-household indicators into a per-neighbourhood index. The system aggregates the data, applies the deprivation and risk calculations, and presents the result comparably, so you can put two neighbourhoods side by side and know which needs attention first.

How it was built

A Python pipeline: ingest the registry data, compute per-neighbourhood indices, present it in Streamlit. An academic Data Structures project, where the structures were chosen for aggregation cost rather than convenience.
